Rating Service definition
Rating Service means Moody’s, if Moody’s is then rating the Bonds, S&P, if S&P is then rating the Bonds, and Fitch, if Fitch is then rating the Bonds, and their respective successors and assigns.
Rating Service means any nationally recognized securities rating service that shall have assigned a rating that is then in effect with respect to the Bonds upon application of the Issuer.
