Rating Service definition

Rating Service means Moody’s, if Moody’s is then rating the Bonds, S&P, if S&P is then rating the Bonds, and Fitch, if Fitch is then rating the Bonds, and their respective successors and assigns.
Rating Service means any nationally recognized securities rating service that shall have assigned a rating that is then in effect with respect to the Bonds upon application of the Issuer.
Rating Service means each of S&P and Moody’s.

Examples of Rating Service in a sentence

  • In respect of short-term securities or instruments (where the maturity date of the security or instrument is less than one year), Counterparties must have a designated rating for Commercial Paper/Short-Term Debt no lower than (a) Domin- ion Bond Rating Service Limited (“DBRS”) - “R-1(low)”; (b) Fitch Ratings (“Fitch”) - “F1”; (c) Moody’s Investors Service (“Moody’s”) - “P-1”; and (d) Standard & Poor’s (“S&P”) - “A-1(Low)”.

  • Such approval may be denied or withheld based upon an insurance company’s rating by the Rating Service (as defined herein) or other indications of financial inadequacy, as determined in the sole discretion of RIAC.

  • The insurance company issuing the bond must have a policyholders rating of A Plus and a financial rating of Class X per Best’s Rating Service.

Rating Service means as of any date, each Xxxxx'x Investor Service, Inc. and Standard & Poor's Rating Group.

Rating Service means Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc., Standard & Poor’s Rating Services LLC, or Fitch Ratings Ltd., or any of their respective successors and assigns and, if such corporations shall be dissolved or liquidated or shall no longer perform the functions of a securities rating agency, “Rating Service” shall be deemed to refer to any other nationally- recognized securities rating agency designated by the Sewer District.
Rating Service means either or both of Moody's Investors Service, Inc. or Standard & Poor's Corporation.
