Rate Page definition

Rate Page means Telerate Page 3750 or, if Telerate Page 3750 ceases to quote the relevant rate, such other page, section or part of Telerate as quotes the relevant rate and is selected by the Agent Bank or, if there is no such page, section or part of such other page, section or part of a different screen information service as quotes the relevant rate selected by the Agent Bank and approved by the Note Trustee.
Rate Page means the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page or, if the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page ceases to quote the relevant rate, such other screen, page, section or part of Reuters as quotes the relevant rate and is selected by the Agent Bank.
Rate Page means Telerate Page 3750 or, if Telerate Page 3750 ceases to quote the relevant rate, such other page, section or part of Telerate as quotes the relevant rate and is selected by the Calculation Agent or, if there is no such page, section or part of such other page, section or part of a different screen information service as quotes the relevant rate selected by the Calculation Agent and approved by the Relevant Note Trustee.

  • The purchasers will, however, reserve the right not to pay such taxes and duties not specifically claimed or not indicated clearly/unambiguously by the tenderers in the Financial Rate Page under Financial Bid Details of the e-tender form.

Rate Page means Reuters Screen EURIBOR01 Page or, if Reuters Screen EURIBOR01 Page ceased to quote the relevant rate, such other page, section or part of Reuters as quotes the relevant rate and is selected by the Class A1c Note Calculation Agent or, if there is no such page, section or part of Reuters, such other page, section or part of a different screen information service as quotes the relevant rate selected by the Class A1c Note Calculation Agent and approved by the Manager and the Currency Swap Provider.
Rate Page. ’ means Telerate Page 248 (in the case of EURIBOR), Reuters screen ‘‘BBSW’’ page (in the case of BBSW) or, if such page ceases to quote the relevant rate, such other page, section or part of Telerate or Reuters as quotes the relevant rate as is selected by the Calculation Agent or Trust Manager (as applicable).
Rate Page means the display designated as "Page 3750" on the Associated Press-Dow Xxxxx Telerate Service (or such other page as may replace Page 3750 on the Associated Press-Dow Xxxxx Telerate Service or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers' Association as the information vendor for the purpose of displaying British Bankers' Association interest settlement rates for Dollar deposits).
Rate Page means the display designated as "Page 3750" on Moneyline Telerate (or such other page as may replace Page 3750 on Moneyline Telerate or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers' Association as the information vendor for the purpose of displaying British Bankers' Association interest settlement rates for U.S. Dollar deposits).
