Rate Option definition

Rate Option means the Eurodollar Rate or the Floating Rate.
Rate Option means the Eurodollar Rate or the Floating Rate, as applicable.

  • Where ISDA Determination applies to the calculation of interest, the applicable Final Terms will also specify the applicable Floating Rate Option, Designated Maturity and Reset Date.

  • Borrower, from time to time, may select the Rate Option and, in the case of each LIBOR Advance, the commencement date (which shall be a Business Day) and the length of the LIBOR Interest Period applicable to each LIBOR Advance.


More Definitions of Rate Option

Rate Option means the Libor Rate or the Base Rate.
