Ratable definition

Ratable means, as to any Lender, in accordance with its Specified Percentage.
Ratable means the delivery of Natural Gas Liquids throughout each Month in daily quantities that are approximately equal to the volume of Natural Gas Liquids delivered during the Month divided by the number of Days in that Month.
Ratable means apportioned or allocated pro rata according to the relative values of interests to which the term is to be applied. "Ratably" has a corresponding meaning.

Ratable and related terms shall mean, determined by reference to such Lender’s Pro Rata Share.
