RAR definition

RAR means the resource adequacy requirements established for LSEs by the Commission pursuant to the CPUC Decisions, the CAISO pursuant to the CAISO Tariff, or by any other Governmental Body having jurisdiction, or successor program requirements.
RAR means the resource adequacy requirements applicable to an entity as established by the CAISO pursuant to the CAISO Tariff, by the CPUC pursuant to the Resource Adequacy Rulings, or by any other Governmental Authority.
RAR means the resource adequacy requirements established for load serving entities by the CPUC pursuant to the Resource Adequacy Rulings, or by a Local Regulatory Authority or other Governmental Authority having jurisdiction.

  • At least 80% of all files and/or total storage space used (including but not limited to MP3, WAV, RA, GIF, JPG, ZIP, RAR file types) in each hosting account must be a part of actual, active website content, i.e. all content files must have corresponding HTML or PHP files that link to them.
