Railway Operator definition

Railway Operator means, as the context allows:
Railway Operator means any person (including the Operator) that is an Accredited rail transport operator for the Central Queensland Coal Region. Recipient means a Party that receives Confidential Information from the Discloser.
Railway Operator has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking. Recipient means a Party that receives Confidential Information from the Discloser.
