Rail shall refer to the Rail Section of METRO as created to operate the light rail and streetcar service. The abbreviation “FTO” stands for Full-Time Bus Transit Operator. The abbreviation “PTO” stands for Part-Time Bus Transit Operator. The abbreviation “LCC” stands for Link Control Center.
