Quotation Information definition

Quotation Information means all bids (as defined under SEC Rule 600(b)(8)), offers (as defined under SEC Rule 600(b)(8)), all bids and offers of OTC Equity Securities, displayed quotation sizes in Eligible Securities, market center identifiers (including, in the case of FINRA, the FINRA member that is registered as a market maker or electronic communications network or otherwise utilizes the facilities of FINRA pursuant to applicable FINRA rules, that entered the quotation), withdrawals and other information pertaining to quotations in Eligible Securities required to be reported to the Plan Processor pursuant to this Agreement and SEC Rule 613.

Quotation Information means all bids, offers, displayed quotation sizes, the market center identifiers and, in the case of FINRA, the FINRA Participant that entered the quotation, withdrawals and other information pertaining to quotations in Eligible Securities required to be collected and made available to the Processor pursuant to this Plan.

Quotation Information means (i) all bids, offers, quotation sizes, aggregate quotation sizes, identities of brokers or dealers making bids or offers and other information in respect of Eligible Securities and Non-Eligible Securities; (ii) the identifier of the Authorizing SRO furnishing each bid or offer; (iii) each "consolidated BBO" (as the CQ Plan defines that term) in the foregoing information and any identifier associated therewith; (iv) each "ITS/ CAES BBO" (as the CQ Plan defines that term) and any identifier associated therewith; and (v) related information.

Examples of Quotation Information in a sentence

• Include in the rates, prices, and the quoted total of the prices (if any) all duties, taxes (except Value Added Tax (VAT)), and other levies payable by the successful supplier, such duties, taxes and levies being those applicable 14 days before the closing time stated in the General Quotation Information.

• The Processor shall collect from the Participants, and consolidate and disseminate to Vendors, Subscribers and News Services, Quotation Information and Transaction Reports in Eligible Securities in a manner designed to assure the prompt, accurate and reliable collection, processing and dissemination of information with respect to all Eligible Securities in a fair and non-discriminatory manner.

• In the event of a system malfunction resulting in the inability of a Participant or its members to transmit Quotation Information or Transaction Reports to the Processor, the Participant shall promptly notify the Processor of such event or condition.

• The Processor shall disseminate on the UTP Quote Data Feed a data stream of all Quotation Information regarding Eligible Securities received from Participants.

More Definitions of Quotation Information

Quotation Information means bids and offers or related information pertaining to quotations in Eligible Securities. The term includes the BBO (as defined below) in respect of any series of Eligible Securities whenever OPRA makes the BBO available in respect of such series.

Quotation Information means, at any given time, the price and quantity data and all data derived from all bids and offers submitted for entry into the Trading System, including the times at which such bids and offers are entered.

Quotation Information means (i) all bids, offers, quotation sizes, aggregate quotation sizes, identities of brokers or dealers making bids or offers (in the case of a Participant that is a national securities association) and other information with respect to Eligible Securities required to be collected and made available by any Participant to vendors by paragraph (b) of the Rule; (ii) the identifier of the Participant furnishing each bid or offer;
