Questionnaires definition

Questionnaires means the environmental questionnaires completed by Debtor with respect to the Premises and submitted to Environmental Insurer in connection with the issuance of the Environmental Policies.

More Definitions of Questionnaires

Questionnaires means the Conflict of Interest Questionnaires substantially in the form attached to this Code.
