Quebec Settlement Class definition
Quebec Settlement Class means the settlement class in respect of the Quebec Action as defined in Schedule A.
Quebec Settlement Class means all Persons resident in Quebec who purchased Foam Products in Canada during the Settlement Class Period, except Excluded Persons and any legal person established for a private interest, partnership or association which at any time between October 1, 2009 and October 1, 2010 had under its direction or control more than 50 persons bound to it by contract of employment or that is not dealing at arm’s length with Option consommateurs.

More Definitions of Quebec Settlement Class
Quebec Settlement Class means all individuals resident in the province of Quebec and all legal persons resident in Quebec established for a private interest, partnership or association in the province of Quebec which, at all times between May 5, 2005 and May 5, 2006, had under its direction or control no more than 50 persons bound to it by a contract of employment, who purchased Airfreight Shipping Services during the Purchase Period, including those individuals and legal persons who purchased Airfreight Shipping Services through freight forwarders, from any air cargo carrier, including without limitation, the Defendants, and specifically including Asiana, during the Purchase Period. Excluded from the Quebec Settlement Class are the Defendants and their respective parents, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and directors, and Persons who validly and timely opted-out of the Quebec Action in accordance with the order of the Quebec Court dated April 14, 2008.

Quebec Settlement Class means all persons, partnerships and associations resident in Quebec who purchased at least one package of bread in between January 1, 2001 and December 31, 2021. The word “bread” in the class description means bread products and bread alternatives, produced or retailed by any of the Defendants in the Quebec Action, excluding bread frozen when sold and bread baked on-site in the establishment where it is retailed.

Quebec Settlement Class. Also excluded from the Quebec Settlement Class are any claims for personal injury, wrongful death, or emotional distress.
