Quarterly Interest Period definition

Quarterly Interest Period means, with respect to a Quarterly Payment Date, the period from and including the Quarterly Payment Date immediately preceding such Quarterly Payment Date (or in the case of the first Quarterly Payment Date, the Closing Date) to but excluding the such Quarterly Payment Date.
Quarterly Interest Period means each period commencing on a Quarterly Interest Payment Date and continuing to but not including the next succeeding Quarterly Interest Payment Date (except that the first Quarterly Interest Period will commence on June 1, 2017).
Quarterly Interest Period means the period beginning on and including June 15, 2017 and ending on but excluding the next Interest Payment Date and each successive period beginning on and including an Interest Payment Date and ending on but excluding the next Interest Payment Date.
