Interest on this Note will be computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in each Quarterly Interest Period and a 360-day year.
Interest on this Note will accrue for each Quarterly Payment Date from the most recent Quarterly Payment Date on which interest has been paid to but excluding such Quarterly Payment Date or, if no interest has yet been paid, from the Closing Date (each, a "Quarterly Interest Period").
Interest due for any Quarterly Interest Period will be determined based on the actual number of days in such Quarterly Interest Period over a 360-day year.
