Quality Standard definition

Quality Standard means Lexcel or SQM as specified in your Contract for Signature or such other quality assurance standard approved by us from time to time;
Quality Standard means Lexcel or SQM accreditation or such other quality assurance standard approved by us from time to time;
Quality Standard means a manufacturing standard that conforms to ISO 13503-2, Proppant Specifications.

  • Any such alteration to any Quality Standard or Quality Standards shall require Approval (and the written consent of the Customer where the relevant Standard or Standards is/are included in DMP Schedule 2 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators) and shall be implemented within an agreed timescale.

  • Where a new or emergent Quality Standard is to be developed or introduced by the Customer, the Supplier shall be responsible for ensuring that the potential impact on the Suppliers provision, or the Customer’s receipt of the Goods and/or Services is explained to the Customer (within a reasonable timeframe), prior to the implementation of the new or emergent Quality Standard.
