Qualifying Capacity definition

Qualifying Capacity means the load reduction for each PDR in the DRAM Resource, calculated utilizing the Capacity Baseline, consistent with the QC Implementation Guidelines, the CPUC Decisions and the CAISO Tariff.
Qualifying Capacity has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Qualifying Capacity means the maximum amount of Resource Adequacy Benefits a generating facility could provide before an assessment of its Net Qualifying Capacity, as determined pursuant to the relevant methodology established by the CPUC.
