Qualified Scientist definition

Qualified Scientist means a Professional Scientist other than an Experienced Scientist, that is, qualified to become a Graduate or corporate member of The Royal Australian Chemical Institute, the Australian Institute of Physics, the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Australian Institute of Agricultural Science or the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology.
Qualified Scientist means a ‘professional scientist’ other than an ‘experienced scientist’ as hereinafter defined, that is, it shall mean a person possessing academic qualifications as specified in Academic Schedule, Part 1, Clause 3 - Scope.
Qualified Scientist means any scientist (A) [***], and (B) [***]. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall a Party be entitled to request that a Scientific Panel review any specific matter for which a Scientific Panel has previously rendered a decision.

  • The Parties shall direct the Scientific Panel to issue a decision with respect to the matter presented before them within [***] after the third Qualified Scientist is appointed to the Scientific Panel.

  • Within [***] days following any such request for a Scientific Panel, each of Prothena and Celgene shall nominate a Qualified Scientist to participate on the applicable Scientific Panel and, if the Parties are unable to agree upon a third Qualified Scientist for such Scientific Panel within [***] days following any such request for a Scientific Panel, then the initial two Qualified Scientists shall select such third Qualified Scientist.

Qualified Scientist means a Professional Scientist other than an ‘Experienced Scientist’ as defined below, that is, shall mean a person possessing one of the qualifications in subclause 2.1.2.
