Qualified forester definition

Qualified forester means an individual who meets 1 or more of the following requirements and has registered with the department of agriculture and rural development under section 51306 of the natural resources and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.51306:
Qualified forester means that term as defined in section 51301.
Qualified forester means a forester having a bachelor or higher degree from a school of forestry.
