Qualified Engineer definition

Qualified Engineer means a Professional Engineer other than an "Experienced Engineer" as hereinafter defined; that is, it shall mean a person who is, or is qualified to become, a graduate member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia.
Qualified Engineer means a person with a bachelor of science degree in engineering from an accredited college or university program or a professional engineer as defined in subdivision (1).
Qualified Engineer means an independent, professional engineer, reasonably acceptable to Purchaser, licensed in the State and otherwise qualified and experienced in performing the particular work or services to be performed.
