Unless waived by the holders of Class A Preferred Shares Series A, the holders of Class A Preferred Shares Series A will be entitled to receive, and the Corporation will pay on the Class A Preferred Shares Series A, as and when declared by the Board of Directors, but subject to the provisions of the QBCA, semi-annual fixed rate non-cumulative preferential cash dividends at the rates and times herein provided.
Subject to the foregoing, the formalities to be observed in respect of the giving of notice of any meeting or adjourned meeting and the conduct of any such meeting will be those from time to time as may be prescribed in the articles of the Corporation with respect to meetings of shareholders or under the QBCA.
