PY means “program year.” All negative percentages (shown in bold font) indicate a decrease from PY 2011–12 to PY 2012–13 in the enrollment of CTE concentrators. The percent figures in the total row for the secondary, postsecondary, and adult percentage difference columns represent the percentage decrease.
