PX definition

PX means the California Power Exchange Corporation, a California public benefit corporation.

  • The holder of the largest Percentage Interest of the Class R-PX Certificates shall be designated, in the manner provided under Treasury regulations Section 1.860F-4(d) and Treasury regulations Section 301.6231(a)(7)-1, as the tax matters person of REMIC PX.
