Upon ascertainment of a Determined Value under (S) 12.2, the Holder shall select a settlement date by notice in writing to the Company which shall be not more than 60 days after such agreement is reached (the "Put Settlement Date").
On the Put Settlement Date, upon surrender of this Warrant by the Holder at the principal place of business of the Company in Dallas, Texas, or, at the option of the Holder, upon delivery of this Warrant to an escrow agent reasonably acceptable to the Holder and the Company, the Company shall transfer the Purchase Price to the Holder in immediately available funds by the method specified in such Notice of Sale.
