Put Exercise Date definition

Put Exercise Date has the meaning given thereto in Section 6.01(a) hereof.
Put Exercise Date means the date on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the NYSE MKT, The Nasdaq Capital Market, The Nasdaq Global Market, The Nasdaq Global Select Market, the New York Stock Exchange or NYSE Arca.
Put Exercise Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 13.02(c).

  • On or at any time within thirty (30) days after the Put Exercise Date, and upon written notice thereof by the Holder (a “Put Exercise Notice”), the Holder shall have the right to “put” to the Company all or any part of this Note, subject to applicable law.
