Purchaser’s Representatives definition

Purchaser’s Representatives is defined in Section 7.1(a).

• Seller may, in its sole discretion, have a Representative of Seller accompany Purchaser or Purchaser’s Representatives during any such inspection.

• At the request of Purchaser, Seller shall consult with Purchaser and Purchaser’s Representatives in connection with the preparation of the Estimated Closing Statement and shall permit Purchaser and Purchaser’s Representatives to review and make copies of all books, records or work papers used in the preparation of the Estimated Closing Statement.
