Purchaser RSUs definition
Purchaser RSUs means, collective, the Purchaser Earnout RSUs, the Purchaser Incentive RSUs, and the Purchaser Retention RSUs.
Purchaser RSUs means the outstanding restricted share units of the Purchaser granted pursuant to the Purchaser Incentive Plans.
