Purchaser Information. The information in the Prospectus and the information relating to the Underwriter in the Prospectus Supplement under the caption "Method of Distribution" and any Derived Information. The term "Derived Information" means such information, if any, in the Term Sheet that is not contained in either (i) the Prospectus, the Preliminary Prospectus Supplement or Prospectus Supplement, taking into account information incorporated therein by reference or (ii) any Pool Information, except to the extent that any Derived Information results from a Pool Error.
