Purchaser Guarantor definition

Purchaser Guarantor has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Purchaser Guarantor is defined in the preamble of this Agreement;
Purchaser Guarantor means (i) AESI (so long as it qualifies as an Acceptable Guarantor) or (ii) any other Acceptable Guarantor.
