Purchaser Ancillary Documents definition

Purchaser Ancillary Documents means any certificate, agreement, document or other instrument, other than this Agreement, to be executed and delivered by the Purchaser in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

More Definitions of Purchaser Ancillary Documents

Purchaser Ancillary Documents means the Ancillary Documents to be entered into, executed and/or delivered by Purchaser or its designated Affiliates at the Closing.
