Purchaser Agent definition

Purchaser Agent means each Person acting as agent on behalf of a Purchaser Group and designated as a Purchaser Agent for such Purchaser Group on the signature pages to this Agreement or any other Person who becomes a party to this Agreement as a Purchaser Agent pursuant to an Assumption Agreement or a Transfer Supplement.

Purchaser Agent means (i) Scotia Capital and its permitted successors and assigns as Liberty Purchaser Agent, (ii) PNC and its permitted successors and assigns as PNC Purchaser Agent, (iii) MUFG and its permitted successors and assigns as Gotham Purchaser Agent, (iv) Truist and its permitted successors and assigns as Truist Purchaser Agent and (v) TD and its permitted successors and assigns as TD Purchaser Agent.

Purchaser Agent means, as to any Purchaser, the financial institution designated by such Purchaser as responsible for administering this Agreement on behalf of such Purchaser, together with any successors or permitted assigns acting in such capacity; if any Purchaser does not so designate another institution as its Purchaser Agent, such Purchaser shall be deemed to have designated itself as its Purchaser Agent and all references herein to such Purchaser’s Purchaser Agent shall mean and be references to such Purchaser.

• Such other information (including non-financial information) as the Administrator or any Purchaser Agent may from time to time reasonably request.

• Furthermore, no Purchaser shall have any rights as a third-party beneficiary or otherwise under any of the provisions hereof in respect of a Purchaser Agent which is not the Purchaser Agent for such Purchaser.

Purchaser Agent means, with respect to any Purchaser Group, the Person identified as the “Purchaser Agent” for such Purchaser Group on Schedule 1 together with any successor thereto in such capacity appointed pursuant to Section 9 (The Purchaser Agents) and any Person that becomes a Purchaser Agent for a new Purchaser Group pursuant to Section 11.3(i) (New Purchaser Groups).

Purchaser Agent s Account” means, with respect to any Purchaser Agent, the account of the Purchaser Agent identified on Schedule 1 (Purchaser Groups), or such other account as such Purchaser Agent may designate in writing to the Seller, the Master Servicer and the Administrative Agent.

Purchaser Agent means the Blue Ridge Purchaser Agent, the Windmill Purchaser Agent or any other person who becomes a party to this Agreement as a “Purchaser Agent.”
