purchased land means the land described in the Sixth Schedule purchased by the Public Trustee pursuant to section 40(2a);

The Parties hereby delete the second paragraph of Clause 2.3 of Appendix II (Representations and Warranties) in its entirety and replace it with the following: “The transfer of the Purchased Land from Newco to KIA Motors Slovakia will not be subject to any specific approvals, procedures or other requirements under Slovak privatization legislation, nor will it require the participation, approval or other involvement of the Slovak Fund of National Property.” The Parties hereby add after Clause 2.8 “Environmental matters” in Appendix II (Representations and Warranties) a new Clause 2.9 “Representations and Warranties regarding Newco and the Purchased Land” after Clause 2.8 “Environmental matters” which shall read as follows: “
