Examples of Purchased Bond in a sentence
The Trustee shall charge the Bond Fund, on each Interest Payment Date, an amount equal to the unpaid interest and principal due on the Bonds on such Interest Payment Date, and shall cause the same to be applied to the payment of such interest and principal when due (excluding principal on any Purchased Bond).
Any sale of a Purchased Bond pursuant to this Section 2.04(b) shall be without recourse to the seller and without representation or warranty of any kind.
The principal of any outstanding Bond Purchase Loan shall also be payable from any payments of principal in respect of a Purchased Bond pursuant to Article VIII hereof.
