Purchase Documentation definition

Purchase Documentation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Purchase Documentation means such documents (including quotations, invoices and any other proof of purchase) as may be provided to you by us in connection with your purchase of a Service or the Services directly from us or which may be provided on our behalf by any organisation from whom you purchase Equipment and who resell a Service or the Services toyou on our behalf;

Examples of Purchase Documentation in a sentence

  • The Software is licensed solely in machine readable object code format and solely for Your internal business use, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Purchase Documentation, the Documentation accompanying this Software, and the applicable product use rights and restrictions (“Product Use Rights”) as set forth in the Product Use Rights Appendix which is hereby attached to this Agreement and incorporated by reference.

  • The Purchase Documentation Form and/or Vendor Contract Form contained herein will be used for this purpose.

  • If IM is unable to remedy the deficiency, ATMI may terminate the applicable Purchase Documentation in accordance with the provisions of Section 11.2(i).

More Definitions of Purchase Documentation

Purchase Documentation means the purchase order, investment summary, statement of work, written agreement, or other documentation executed by you by which you agreed to obtain a license, product, or service from GDI.
Purchase Documentation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3 of the Construction Agency Agreement, including the Purchase Contract.
Purchase Documentation means the SIS purchase order, signature sheet and/or any other written specification detailing the SIS contracting entity, the Supplier, the Deliverables, the Fees, and where appropriate the Term and any other Special Conditions;
Purchase Documentation means the Purchase Agreement and all documentation required to be delivered thereunder or related thereto (including without limitation shareholder arrangements).
Purchase Documentation means the BBC purchase order and/or other written specification detailing the Freelance, the Services, any Product(s), the Fee and where appropriate, the Contract Period and Special Conditions; “Safety Requirements” means health, safety, fire and environmental requirements (whether legislative or otherwise), codes of practice, guidance and policy; “Services” means any services to be provided by the Freelance pursuant to the Contract (which will include where appropriate any equipment/materials provided by the Freelance to perform the Services); “Special Conditions” means any amendments or additional conditions specified in the Purchase Documentation which shall take precedence over these terms of trade.
Purchase Documentation means all documentation associated with the purchase of the Goods, including but not limited to invoices, purchase orders, proof of payment, Purchase Agreements, or Assignment of On-Order Goods agreements.”
Purchase Documentation means the Stock Purchase Agreement of August 4, 1992 by and among Quality, as purchaser, and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, as sellers (the "Sellers") and all other documents, agreements and instruments executed in connection therewith.
