Public Relations Expenses definition

Public Relations Expenses shall not include compensation, fees, benefits or overhead of any Insured.
Public Relations Expenses means the following amounts, when incurred during the pendency of, and in anticipation of, a Public Relations Event:
Public Relations Expenses means fees and expenses incurred by Customer for a public relations firm to advise the Customer on minimizing the harm to Customer and restoring public confidence in Customer after a Security Incident.

  • Public Relations Expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Insured in connection with a Public Relations Event, which first takes place, or is reasonably anticipated to take place, during the Policy Period or any applicable Extended Reporting Period and is reported to the Underwriters in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

  • The Underwriters shall pay on behalf of the Insured, Personal Public Relations Expenses incurred to avert or mitigate damage to the reputation of any past or present Executive Officer caused by a Breach, Claim or Loss covered under this Policy.


More Definitions of Public Relations Expenses

Public Relations Expenses means reasonable fees, costs, and expenses incurred and paid by an Insured for services provided by a public relations firm to an Insured to mitigate any actual or potential negative publicity arising out of any Public Relations Incident. “Public Relations Expenses” shall not include Claim Expenses.

Public Relations Expenses means the reasonable costs, charges, fees and expenses of a public relations firm or consultant engaged to prevent or limit the adverse effects of or negative publicity from an Adverse Publicity Event.
Public Relations Expenses means the following amounts, when incurred during the pendency of, and in anticipation of, a Public Relations Event: (a) amounts for which the Insured incurs for those services performed by a public relations firm, crisis management firm or law firm selected by the Insured and approved in advance in writing by the Underwriters, to minimise potential harm to the Insured arising from a Public Relations Event, including, without limitation, maintaining and restoring public confidence in the Insured, and providing advice to the Company or any of its directors, executive officers, partners, members or Employees; and (b) amounts for which the Insured becomes legally liable for the reasonable and necessary printing, advertising, mailing of materials, or travel by the Company’s directors, officers, partners or Employees or the firm rendering services as referenced in (a) above.
Public Relations Expenses means the following amounts, when incurred during the pendency of, and in anticipation of, a Public Relations Event: (a) reasonable amounts for which the Insured incurs for those services performed by a public relations firm, crisis management firm or law firm selected by the Insured and approved in advance in writing by the Underwriters, to minimise potential harm to the Insured arising from a Public Relations Event, including, without limitation, maintaining and restoring public confidence in the Insured, and providing advice to the Company or any of its directors, executive officers, partners, members or Employees; and (b) reasonable amounts for which the Insured becomes legally liable for the reasonable and necessary printing, advertising, mailing of materials, or travel by the Company’s directors, officers, partners or Employees in connection with a Public Relations Event or the firm rendering services as referenced in (a) above.
Public Relations Expenses means reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by you to re-establish your “reputation” which was damaged as a direct result of an “adverse media report”.

Public Relations Expenses shall not include compensation, fees, benefits or overhead of the Insured or any Third Party Contractor.
