Public Records Law definition

Public Records Law means any statute or regulation of any jurisdiction which gives members of the public the right on request to view of obtain the records of any governmental body or agency or authority or related entity not otherwise made publicly available.
Public Records Law means the Oregon Public Records Law, including ORS 192.311 to 192.475, the provisions for the Custody and Maintenance of Public Records, ORS 192.005 to 192.170, and laws incorporated by reference.
Public Records Law means Florida’s Public Records Law, codified as Chapter 119 of Florida Statutes, including the applicable regulations promulgated thereunder, each as amended or superseded from time to time.
