Public Art Fund definition

Public Art Fund means the fund set aside by this Bylaw in the Town treasury for the purpose of allocating moneys for the development and creation of art in and upon public space in the Town.
Public Art Fund means the budget account established by the City for receipt of funds derived from Eligible Capital Projects which may be expended for the purpose of incorporating artistic elements into public improvements or acquiring, creating, installing, presenting or displaying Off- Site Works of Art.
Public Art Fund means a fund established and maintained by the city of Livermore for the purpose of funding public art and cultural programming consistent with the public art policy, and administered by the commission for the arts.
