PTU definition

PTU is defined in Appendix VII.
PTU or “Property Terminal Unit” means the Hardware and Property Software located at the Facility that meets the standards of this Agreement.

Examples of PTU in a sentence

  • For State RIK Gas produced prior to Project Start-up of a Major Gas Sale, the State will not be responsible for Field Costs for State RIK Gas that is delivered to the State at the PTU Delivery Point, regardless of whether the State RIK Gas is injected into the PBU reservoir.

  • In the event the school district experiences a reduction or elimination of federal funds, the school district may concomitantly reduce or otherwise alter such Professional Time after consultation with the PTU.

  • For State RIK Gas that is delivered to the State at the PTU Delivery Point and not injected into the PBU reservoir, the Transportation Costs will be paid by the State and deductions made for Fuel / Losses at the time of delivery to the State at the PTU Delivery Point.
