A) A Directed Growth Plan is for those Educators with PTS whose overall rating is needs improvement.
THE PT UNDERSTANDS THAT FAILURE TO NOTIFY GTS OF ANY CHANGE IN THE PT'S CONTACT INFORMATION AND THE USER INFORMATION OF ITS AUTHORIZED USERS MAY RESULT IN THE INCOMPLETE FILING OR SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS BY THE LICENSED PRODUCTS.
A) The Developing Educator Plan is for all Educators without PTS, and, at the discretion of the Evaluator, Educators with PTS in new assignments.
The Evaluator shall meet individually with Nurses with PTS and ratings of needs improvement or unsatisfactory to develop professional practice goal(s) that must address specific standards and indicators identified for improvement.
