The Government and the CTU have been working through a Public Sector Pay Adjustment (PSPA) process.
The Company has performed all covenants and agreements required to be performed pursuant to the PSPA in all respects on and as of the date hereof and as of the date hereof there exists no violation or default (or any event which with the giving of notice, or lapse of time or both, would result in a violation or become a default) under the PSPA.
Any liability of the Seller and the Buyer shall arise solely under and be subject to the terms and conditions of the PSPA, and the Buyer shall have no additional rights, and hereby waives any and all additional claims, against the Seller in connection with the sale and transfer of the Shares to the Buyer pursuant to this Agreement.
Terms (including uncapitalized terms) not otherwise defined herein and that are defined in the PSPA shall have the meanings therein described.
There is no accelerated movement – which means that for each year of this Collective Agreement an employee can move one step only, unless on the top step, where they will just have the PSPA adjustment.
