Posting of notices or other materials shall require the prior approval of the Employer, except notices related to the business affairs of the PSAC, including the names of PSAC representatives, and social and recreational events.
When operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings on behalf of the PSAC.
The PSAC shall endeavour to avoid requests for posting of notices which the Employer, acting reasonably, could consider adverse to its interests or to the interests of any of its representatives.
The Employer agrees to consult with the PSAC at least thirty (30) days prior to implementing any travel policy improvements, other than amendments or revisions to the actual rates contained therein that may affect employees.
