PRV definition

PRV means a priority review voucher issued by the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services to the sponsor of a rare pediatric disease product application or a qualifying tropical disease product application, that may be transferred and entitles the holder of such voucher to Priority Review of a single human drug application submitted under section 505(b)(1) or section 351(a) of the United States Public Health Service Act.
PRV means a priority review voucher awarded by FDA pursuant to Section 524 or Section 529 of the FFDCA.
