Unless and until a PRSU becomes vested, the Participant will have no right to settlement of such PRSU.
Each PRSU represents the unfunded, unsecured right of the Executive to receive one share of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Company (each, a “Share”) on the date specified in this Agreement.
If a PRSU is forfeited, the corresponding Dividend Equivalent shall be forfeited as well.
