PRPs means Perimeter Road Pumping Station;
PRPs means the following potentially responsible parties that have filed Proofs of Claim in the Bankruptcy Cases: Operating Industries Steering Committee and its members, Proof of Claim No. 10007; and JIS Performing Party Group and its members, Proof of Claim No. 11671; Carolina Power & Light Company d/b/a Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc., Proofs of Claim Nos. 13553 and 13554; PCS Phosphate Company, Inc., Proofs of Claim Nos. 13585 and 13586; and Consolidation Coal Co., Proofs of Claim Nos. 13591 and 13592.
PRPs shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.2(d).
More Definitions of PRPs
PRPs means Potentially Responsible Parties as pursuant to Section 106 of CERCLA.
PRPs means all Persons who are actually or potentially liable to any Person for environmental remediation or restoration in connection with the Diamond Alkali Site, whether pursuant to CERCLA Section 107(a), CERCLA Section 113, or any other Law and who are either: (a) creditors who have filed claims in the Debtors' bankruptcy cases, or (b) non-creditors who agree to submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the Bankruptcy Court in all matters pertaining to this Agreement and to be bound by all provisions of the Plan, the Confirmation Order, and the Trust Agreements.
PRPs means all Persons who are actually or potentially liable to any Person for Environmental Remediation Expenses at Operable Units 2 or 4 of the Diamond Alkali Site, whether pursuant to CERCLA Section 107(a), CERCLA Section 113, or any other Law and who are either: (a) creditors who have filed claims in the Debtors' bankruptcy cases, or (b) non-creditors who agree to submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the Bankruptcy Court in all matters pertaining to this Agreement and to be bound by all provisions of the Plan, the Confirmation Order, and the Trust Agreements.
