Protected Persons definition
Protected Persons has the meaning specified in paragraph 9.2.
Protected Persons as defined in Section 10.3(a).
Protected Persons means those Persons set forth on Schedule 1.01(h).

Without limitation of the foregoing, the Purchasers agree that in any action, suit or other proceeding brought by any of them with respect to or under this Agreement or any other Financing Document, the applicable Purchaser shall name only the Company (unless otherwise required by law to enforce the Purchasers’ rights with respect to the Company) and not any of the Protected Persons.
More Definitions of Protected Persons
Protected Persons means persons falling within the definition of a child or protected adult as set down in Sections 97 and 94 respectively of the PVG Act;
Protected Persons is defined in Section 1.3. “PTE” is defined in Section 6.2(a). “Purchaser” or “Purchasers” means each of the purchasers that has executed and delivered this Agreement to the Company and such Purchaser’s successors and assigns (so long as any such assignment complies with Section 14.2), provided, however, that any Purchaser of a Note that ceases to be the registered holder or a beneficial owner (through a nominee) of such Note as the result of a transfer thereof pursuant to Section 14.2 shall cease to be included within the meaning of “Purchaser” of such Note for the purposes of this Agreement upon such transfer.
Protected Persons shall the meaning set forth in Section 17(C) hereof.
Protected Persons means the persons as defined in the “Order Restricting Pursuit of Certain Persons” (Docket No. 357) and the “Order Extending Order Restricting Pursuit of Certain Persons” (Docket No. 1006) issued by the Bankruptcy Court on August 5, 2003 and September 29, 2003, respectively. Under such order, Protected Persons include (a) all professionals, officers, directors and managers of the Debtors, (b) the members of Committees and their professionals, (c) William Snyder in his capacity as the examiner in the Chapter 11 Cases and his professionals and (d) Dean Nancy Rapoport, in her capacity as fee examiner.
Protected Persons has the meaning specified in paragraph 9.2. "Proxy Statement/Prospectus" has the meaning specified in paragraph 4.1(p). "Registration Statement" has the meaning specified in paragraph 4.1(p). "Reorganization" has the meaning specified in the recitals. "Acquired Fund" has the meaning specified in the preamble. "Old Mutual Governing Documents" has the meaning specified in paragraph 1.1. "SEC" means the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. "Acquiring Trust" has the meaning specified in the preamble. "Touchstone Board" has the meaning specified in the recitals. "Touchstone Governing Documents" has the meaning specified in paragraph 4.3(a). "Transfer Documents" has the meaning specified in paragraph 6.2(e). "Valuation Time" has the meaning specified in paragraph 2.5.
Protected Persons has the meaning given in SUB-CLAUSE 18(D) (Reorganisation Indemnity);
Protected Persons has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4 of this Agreement.
