Protected Land definition

Protected Land means any land substantially protected from development or designated as scenic or protected through any federal, state, or local government law or private action.
Protected Land means any land which is article 1(5) land or land which is, or is within, a site of special scientific interest;
Protected Land means any land classified for the time being as Protected Land in accordance with Clause clause 27.4;
