Grantee acknowledges that during the Restricted Period, Grantee may be exposed to confidential information and/or trade secrets relating to business areas of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates that are different from and in addition to the areas in which Grantee primarily works for the Company (the “Additional Protected Areas of Business”).
As a result, Grantee agrees he/she shall not own, manage, control, operate, invest in, acquire an interest in, or otherwise act for, act on behalf, or provide the same or similar services to, any Person that engages in the Additional Protected Areas of Business.
SANParks is a juristic person established in terms of section 5 of the National Parks Act, No. 57 of 1976 and continuing to exist as such in terms of section 54 of the Protected Areas Act.
