Proposing Transferor definition

Proposing Transferor means an Initial Member which intends to Transfer its Units in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.2(a).

More Definitions of Proposing Transferor

Proposing Transferor means a Shareholder that proposes to Dispose of any Shares held by it;
