Proposed Amendment definition

Proposed Amendment has the meaning provided in Section 9.6.
Proposed Amendment has the meaning given to that term in paragraph 2.1(A) of Annex 2 (Change Control Procedure);

  • In the event that the Administrative Agent determines that the Proposed Amendment is not a Material Amendment, such Credit Party may make such amendment without the consent of any Lender.
