Proponent Team definition
Proponent Team means a Design-Builder, its Design-Build Design Firms, its Key Individuals and Guarantors, as identified in the Proponent’s RFQ Response and as may have been changed pursuant to the RFQ or as may be changed pursuant to this RFP.
Proponent Team means, collectively, all Team Members or Joint Venture partners which will participate with the Proponent in the Project.
Proponent Team means a Proponent Team Lead and its Design-Builder, its Service Provider, its Equity Providers, its Guarantor(s), and its Key Individuals, as identified in the Proponent’s RFQ Response and as may have been changed pursuant to the RFQ or as may be changed pursuant to this RFP.

Proponent Team means, in the case of each Proponent, the Proponent Members and the Proponent’s Key Individuals, the Design-Build Contractor, Design Contractor, Tunnel Contractor, Systems Integration Contractor, Tunnel Guarantor, and Design-Build Contractor Guarantor(s), in each case as Changed from time to time in accordance with and subject to the provisions of Volume 1 of this RFP.
