Property Reports means the property condition assessment reports, appraisals, zoning reports and other similar reports prepared for the Property.

Property Reports means all environmental reports, property condition reports (i.e., a report on the condition of the Hotel’s structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems) or other reports or studies with respect to the Real Property and the Improvements prepared by or on behalf of Purchaser in connection with the purchase and sale of the Property.

Property Reports as to each Hotel, the reports described on Schedule 1.1.90, any other third-party reports received by Purchaser or Purchaser’s Designee relating to any inspections of a Hotel conducted on Purchaser’s behalf.
