Property LLC definition

Property LLC has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

Property LLC means any of the entities named as such on Exhibit B. REIT means a real estate investment trust within the meaning of Section 856 of the Code. Roll-up means the issuance of additional Property LLC Units to the Company in exchange for Units and the distribution by the Property LLCs of such Units to their respective members other than the Company in redemption of such members’ Property LLC Units, as described in the Recitals.

Property LLC shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Property LLC

Property LLC means, subject to Section 2.2, SHC Chopin Plaza, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company wholly owned by the Partnership or Mezzanine LLC.
