Property File definition

Property File means with respect to each Property:
Property File means the documents listed on Exhibit J to the Custodial Agreement, which shall include with respect to any Rental Property, the related Property Documents.

Examples of Property File in a sentence

  • Within 45 days after the Closing Date, the Seller shall provide the Master Servicer or Primary Servicer, if applicable, with any additional information identified by the Master Servicer or Primary Servicer, if applicable, as necessary to complete the CMSA Property File, to the extent that such information is available.

  • Each CREFC® Financial File, CREFC® Property File and CREFC® Comparative Financial Statement Report delivered by any Master Servicer as described above shall be in electronic format.

More Definitions of Property File

Property File means, as to each Property, a file including those documents listed below, and any other documents related to such Property that are required to be posted to the Platform or otherwise delivered to the Lender pursuant to the definition ofEligible Property” or any other provision of this Loan Agreement:
Property File means with respect to each Financed Property, Financed Single Plat Development or Pending Advance Property (and, in the case of any Property located in an Approved Single Plat Development, (x) the documents described in clauses (i), (ii) and (v) shall apply to all Properties located in such Approved Single Plat Development, and (y) each document described in clauses (i) through (ix) may cover the Approved Single Plat Development in which such Property is located, in which case each reference to a “Property” shall be deemed to refer to “the applicable Property or Approved Single Plat Development”):
Property File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for, in the downloadable form of the "Property File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "Property File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, is reasonably acceptable to the applicable Master Servicer or the applicable Special Servicer, as applicable.
Property File means a file in CMSA format (as in effect as of the date hereof) prepared by the Servicer containing substantially the information specified in the form of the "property file" produced by the CMSA. The form of such report is specified by the CMSA and can be accessed on the CMSA internet website at xxx.xxxx.xxx.
Property File has the meaning specified in Exhibit B-2 to this Agreement.
