Property Employees definition

Property Employees means any and all employees of McREMI whose salaries are reimbursed to McREMI in whole or in part by the McNeil Partnership Properties or the owners of the McNeil Partnership Properties.

Property Employees means those persons employed by Manager to discharge Manager’s duties under this Agreement, including without limitation on-site management staff, if any.
